Returns & Exchange

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their  purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may be eligible for an exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.

Time Frame: You must initiate a return within 2 days of receiving the product. Exchange requested beyond this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Items: All items being returned for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. We, the seller, reserve the right to refuse returns or exchange items. The exchange policy can change without any prior notice. 

Upon acceptance, you will receive an update from us, after which you will be eligible to purchase any item of an equivalent amount from our website or store. The applicable offers may vary depending on the product. If you wish to purchase an item of higher value, you may do so by paying the price difference.

If you need time to decide on the purchase or exchange, the amount previously paid will be transferred to your wallet for future use.
