Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight irregularities may occur, which are a natural result of human craftsmanship.

Because every item is handcrafted, minor variations in design, texture, weight, or finish may be present. These variations are not defects but characteristics that make each piece one of a kind.

Product color may vary slightly due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen settings. Gold-plated or gold-finished pieces may exhibit minor tone differences and may gradually fade over time depending on usage and care.

Silver may naturally oxidize when exposed to air and moisture. This is a normal process and can be easily cleaned using a soft silver polishing cloth.

Product Care: Store your silver ornaments in a zip lock bag to avoid any chemical changes caused due to exposer to air, moisture or water. This avoids scratches and entanglements as well . Avoid direct contact with perfumes, soaps, and excessive humidity. Wipe the ornament with a soft & dry cloth to clean it whenever you feel it needs a cleanup or when you feel silver tone is turning black, and place it back in the zip lock pouch.
