Orders are usually processed and shipped within 72hours. Our customer service team may contact you for additional information if required. Estimated time of delivery depends on the address and the mode of payment. Average delivery time is 4 to 10 business working days if the product is readily available. Personalized items will take longer to process. If your order has both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered beforehand.
