  • Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 72 hours. Please note personalised items will take longer to process. If your order has both personalised and non-personalised items, the order will be split, and the non-personalised items will be delivered beforehand.


  • Exchange Policy: We offer a 03-day exchange policy for all unused and unworn items, However, please note that the 03-day return does not apply to personalised jewellery, other than in cases of defective/spurious products. Our company reserves the right to approve the exchange after checking the items thoroughly. 
  • Replacement & Exchange: You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.

Conditions for return:
. Products will be exchanged when we receive back the material from the customer.
· Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags and labels. Products/Items must NOT BE used.
· We regret that we will not be liable for a refund for any items that are received by us damaged or lost in transit. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
Conditions for non-return:
· Custom made product
· Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
Items on special or seasonal promotions and stock clearance:
The selling prices of these items have been drastically reduced. In order to enable us to provide you with such savings, we do not accept returns of the items sold under promotion or stock clearance. The product description page will clearly state that you will not be able to return such item; unless it arrives in a damaged condition or is defective.
